A correct and complete application is perhaps one of the most crucial areas in which our clients become involved, for so often it is the case that an application properly prepared will be determined without any formal hearings and with the minimum of delays.

Less well prepared applications, on the other hand, usually involve greater delays whilst the Authorities seek further particulars of the proposal and frequently involve hearings which could have been avoided had the application been more well prepared.

In regards to an on-licence, our fee covers a period from the time instructions are taken, until such time as the licence is issued, and 12 months following the issue. During these 12 months, you can contact us to clarify any matters that is a concern to you. If there is a change in the legislation that may affect your license then we are able to advise you on the current situation and take the appropriate action.

Once up and running, we can provide ongoing support to your establishment.

We endeavour to remind you when your licence is due for renewal, and will commence the application for renewal when instructions are received from you.
