We provide a total liquor service from obtaining licences (on, off, Club, Special, Caterers, Club and General Managers Certificates), Variations and or extensions of hours through to the preparation of Planning Certificates and advice on Resource consents. We hold fortnightly training seminars on the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 a compulsory course and qualification for a Managers.
Greame Scott our Company Manager is a widely recognised and respected expert in the Liquor Licensing Industry. Prior to managing Liquor Licensing Consultants, Greame spent many years as an Inspector of Licensed Premises. His responsibilities included maintaining standards in hotels, taverns, restaurants and entertainment venues through New Zealand and setting standards in premises where changes had been made by legislation.
Greame has worked in the Justice Department, Courts Division as a Deputy Registrar. He has managed nightclubs, restaurants and hotels and was a partner in the first tavern in Queen St with a 24 hour licence. He was a foundation member of the Sale of Liquor Act National Trainers Association (S.O.L.A.N.T)
